Brighter and calmer days are on the horizon for you and your family

If you are lying awake at night feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, worried, angry, or wondering how things became this hard with your child, you are not alone. Maybe you’ve tried everything you can think of. Maybe there are moments you feel disconnected from your child, unsure how to help them, or even guilty for feeling frustrated, hopeless, or emotionally drained. You may find yourself crying in private, questioning your parenting, walking on eggshells around behaviors you do not understand, or feeling at your wits end and afraid that nothing will get better. Even in those difficult moments, your love for your child is still present.

At TASH Therapy & Wellness Center, we understand that parenting is meaningful and beautiful, but can also feel overwhelming at times, especially when your child is experiencing big emotions, behavior changes, stress, trauma, or challenges at home or school. You do not have to navigate those moments alone and you deserve a space where your concerns are heard, your strengths are recognized, and your family’s story is met with compassion, not judgment.

Our practice provides child-centered, trauma-informed therapy services designed to help children express their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural and safe to them. Because play is the child’s language, play therapy allows children to communicate, process experiences, build confidence, and strengthen emotional regulation in a supportive environment where they feel seen, understood, and accepted.

We work closely with caregivers throughout the process, offering guidance, support, and collaboration so families feel empowered both inside and outside of sessions. Whether your child needs help coping with anxiety, emotional outbursts, life transitions, trauma, attachment concerns, or strengthening family relationships, our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where healing, connection, and growth can flourish.

“At TASH, we believe every family deserves support, compassion, and hope. We’re here to help you understand your child’s needs, strengthen communication, and build the kind of relationship that feels safe, steady, and fulfilling for both of you. Together, we can create small, meaningful changes that make daily life feel lighter and more connected. If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out today. We’d be honored to support you and your child.”
